Our Prime family is here to help your family. We understand that having a loved one at home while you’re at work, or even out for the evening, can be stressful. Our online Family Room portal lets you log into your account and check caregiver schedules, access your care plan, message our staff, and check to see caregiver notes and completed tasks. We can be there for you and your family 24-hours a day.
