OOur day service program focuses on fun opportunities that encourage socialization and growth. All of our members are encouraged to make choices that will create meaningful opportunities to fill their day. Prime Horizon is truly a self-directed program that wraps our services around every individual we support. Clients can choose stimulating community activities, or may decide to relax and socialize at our day center.

Our staff members are trained to deal with medication management and crisis intervention. Medical equipment including hoyers, sit-to-stands and any other services and/or adaptive equipment needed to benefit your loved one. The staff also works with individuals to establish appropriate goals and meet milestones while providing exceptional care. Building positive self-esteem and making friends are just a few of the opportunities we are able to provide. Our day service is an important care option that keep families together, and can improve the quality of life for the individuals we support.
