ADRC – Aging and Disability Resource Centers
ADRCs (aging and disability resource centers) provide Wisconsin residents with unbiased information related to aging or living with a disability. Our goal is to connect you with the right resources for your aging and disability needs.

DR. ANN LAWRENCE – Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist
We are proud to introduce Dr. Ann Lawrence as one of our Prime Partners. Dr. Lawrence has helped some of our Prime Members through difficult times of transition—from grieving a loss of a loved one—to accepting aging or depression, whether its situational or an on-going struggle for someone. She is available for Prime Horizon clients and family members for short-term assistance or for ongoing counseling or coaching. She can provide help remotely from her virtual office, over the phone, through email, or by text. In-person appointments may also be scheduled at her office in Elm Grove. Prime Members receive special fee consideration for services.
